The result:

A baked potato omelette. It was pretty tasty, but if I were you, I'd order it "easy on the sour cream" as it had too much for my taste.
I also couldn't quite understand why one of my sides was potatoes. I think a better side would have been some crunchy fresh tomatoes.
Now that I think of it, the bacon should have been cut into much smaller pieces too as I don't like to have to wrestle with an omelette.
Bottomline: the Mystery Meal approach to not having to deal with reading a menu which I usually have a very difficult time doing, (unable to focus and get overwhelmed), still works as I haven't been presented with a crappy mystery meal yet.
On the running front, not sure u can call the fun I had with Karma on Sunday morning an actual run, as a 1 mile karma loop, and then playing "catch" by running zigzags all over a soccer field hardly qualifies. But it was fun, he was all smiles and that was the mission.
