Haven't run in 10 days.
I have a little issue with my left IT Band ( http://runningtimes.com/Article.aspx?ArticleID=3528 ), so I'm taking a longer than expected OFF SEASON.
I'm doing all the recommended exercises such as watching plenty of world cup matches and eating cheese, and watermelon.
Hopefully I'll be all good to go for a July 1 return.
