Lunch

My dear friend and dietitian inspired me to up my game a couple of days ago when she hosted a great and very informative session on the importance of protein. We all know we need it, but I loved learning why and what it triggers.
So here's lunch. Quick 10min prep as the couscous was left over from last night and the shrimp just needed to be thrown on my indoor grill.
