Yup, you read that right. 10min warmup, then after the 4th, 1 min at 95% effort, the area around my knee felt really loose and hyperextended. I decided not to push hard any longer and put on the belt for an easy spin, while Wendy kept going strong for the rest of the ladder.
Felling extremely disappointed to not be running in Bandera tomorrow. Its the superbowl of central Texas trail racing and I'm jealous.
