This is a great article. One of the running coaches in my running club shared it with us. So many lines in it ring so so true to me. One of the best running articles I've read in a long long time.
It's called : "Lessons learned from Altitude training in Kenya".
I don't live in Altitude, but I think the almost all the points he covers hit home at any elevation.
I could go on and on about my favorite parts the way I did in an email exchange with my running group. I practically threw up all over the article I loved it so much, but I'm just going to stay quiet and not pollute your mind with my thoughts on it. Enjoy!
(I do have to point one thing out... Check out the photo of them running. Why are they all wearing perfectly good running shoes and not running barefoot?)
