4:21am used to be a typical wakeup time 4-6 days a week. Today, the only thought that came to mind until just now (4:48) was: "ugh... Insomnia sucks", and variations of "I've got till 6:10 so hopefully I can fall asleep for a bit".
Not sure I want to go back to the old days, and I kind of feel at peace with that thought. Maybe 3 days a week. But that's a strong maybe.
