I know, boring post but just thought I'd add more content to this blog.
Today, 8 miles on roads. Legs were groggy for the first 4, and up a couple small hills.
Eventually they came to, just in time to run into a group of fast kids that were only going 6. Ran the last three with them as a progressive ending up at around 6:10-6:20 pace for the last mile.
43 degrees and calm wind, is divine running weather.
