The garmin says 5.93miles but I'm not one of those idiots that runs around the car to get the extra 0.07.
Karma came along for almost half of that.
Legs are still quite dead. 8 and a half minutes per mile felt like I was racing a 5km.
Feels like I have a ridiculous Charlie Horse on the left quad.
Chances are quite slim that I will survive the Ponderous Posterior 50km this weekend in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Who wants what?
