I was supposed to run 5 miles on Monday, but due to Labor day laziness, I instead just walked an hour on the trails with Karma. My legs are still feeling tired from the last week’s Time Trial, Race, Long Run, and dehydration at the UT game. I ran 5.5 at an easy pace around the neighborhood. It was my first run out here in daylight hours, and it seems like a friendly place. All kinds of runners, joggers, dog walkers, baby stroller walkers etc… Not sure why all these people don’t run in the trails behind Moon Shadow Drive. That’s quite the mystery to me. I guess they’re too scared to explore.
