Today is the day I start my new diet.
It's called the " Eat, Mike, Eat" diet. Unlike most diets out there, this one is about gaining weight. I need to put on some pounds. I've lost some weight that I need to gain back. So next time you see me, ask me if I've eaten enough today. Remind me that my last meal is not going to help me gain weight. Tell me that I need to go eat some more.
No, i'm not looking to eat a bunch of junk like snickers, skittles, and cupcakes, but food. More carrots, more sammiches, more steaks, more pasta, more milk, more cereal.
I need to gain weight, I need to gain 15 pounds, and I expect you to tell me to eat every time you see me.

Ha!Ha! go get some weight gain shakes. Pure Austin makes them. I personally haven't tried them.
I recommend beer and enchiladas for rapid weight gain.
