Tuesday 10/3 – 5:45pm Met up with Lulu, Triscuit, and The Enforcer for 2 miles worth of straights and curves on the track. Total workout 5.5Miles Karma ran the 3.5 warmup and cooldowns with us.
Wednesday 10/4 – 5:45pm OUCH is the correct word here. Team Pain Train’s quality workout consisted of running 800 partly hilly meters at 10K pace, then a 200 meter recovery, then 600 meters at 5K pace, then a 200 recovery. And do that 4 times. Ouch. After the second set, I walked part of every 200 meter recovery. I was so spent… partly because I’d been running a lot lately, and partly because it was a tough workout. But I hit my times, and that’s all that matters! Then a post workout happy hour at Zax. 8 total miles
Thursday 10/5 – 7:15am 4 Mile trail run with Karma. I’m tired. I need a day off.
Friday 10/6 - 6am 4 Mile run around Townlake with Nedra and Karma. Slow. I'm tired. Thank god Saturday is a day of for me!
