It's so humid out there.
How humid is it?
Well, here's one example...
Today I did a great job of staying on top of my hydration and salts to not cramp.
Over 4 and 1/2 hours, I took 16 Thermolytes, and eight bottles of water, each being 16oz worth.
For those keeping track at home:
16oz of water x 8 = 128oz (3.8liters or 1 gallon of water. Acutally doesn't really sound like a lot when it's just 1 gallon)
16 thermolytes = 2,830mg of sodium and 680mg of potassium.
I was still down 3 lbs when I returned home.
Bodies are fascinating!
