A picture is worth a thousand words!

Please click on the picture.
At 0.8 miles from the finish (1.2 kms), or 3 laps around a track, a man laid on the ground. Unable to move.

At Marathon pace, 3 laps around a track is under 6 minutes for me. I decided to stretch 6 mins into 50.
More to come when I figure out how to describe my day.

But i'm ok now, and that's all that matters.

.8 miles later, that man became a marathoner.

another .2 miles from there, he made an entire medical tent laugh and fall in love with him.
