I’ve been weighing myself before and after my runs to make sure that I drink and eat enough to get back to my preferred weight from these humid runs where we lose several pounds of water weight from the enormous amount of sweating we do.
I just noticed this morning that since I started getting sick on Wednesday I have lost almost 10 pounds! That is not good AT ALL. Time to eat eat eat and drink drink drink.
18 mile LAB this weekend, so I need to be back to full strength for that.

Wiley, I'm sure that this is difficult for you (and I'm sorry), but I have to say...I wish I had your problem.
Wiley can we make out for a couple hours so I can catch your cold?
