I made a new friend a few months ago, and today she turned what had been a really bad day at work into a good one, by reminding me through her latest blog post that there's more important things in life than, say, losing a big sale after a 9 month long sales cycle.

There is always something more important than a marathon sales cycle going bad - but I'm with you. Sometimes it's really hard to see that. Say a prayer for Geri (GiGi).
