The 3 hour marathoners require commitment.

As I slowly move towards running a 3 hour and 15 minute marathon, i can't help but think of the next step after that, which would be a sub 3 hour marathon. However, running a 3 hour marathon would apparently require quite a diet change. This according to my Dietician whom I saw last night. In any case, I've begun the process of changing my diet towards one that elites follow. Their first step is only eating the Chocholate Frosting Donut, and then only half of the regular glazed donut for breakfast this morning. I mean, how can I say no to Donut Friday at work, when I can't run because I've decided to rest my knee for 10 days, due to a slight nagging knee injury. (IT Band)

Heehee, your commitment is admirable! Doesn't that remaining half doughnut just keep calling out to you tho' ... ?

And I noticed that there is never any green in any of the pictures of your food ...

Mark, Who wants to see or read a boring blog post about me eating a healthy salad?
(On the right, in my links list, there's one called FOOD. There's plenty of green in there.
Plenty of queso as well.)
