6 miles in Central Park

Ran 6 miles around/in Central Park this morning.
It was nice. I'll post some more pictures later. I was quite surprised to see ice/sleet residue around the park, and there was ice on one of the smaller ponds.
It was also interesting to see the runners here. Just like in Austin, most people were dressed for a blizzard. I checked the weather, which showed 55 and clear skies, so I set off in my shorts, short sleeve and gloves. The gloves came off pretty quick, and I was happy I chose the correct clothing. Most people were running in tights, longsleeve, if not a windbreaker as well.
Time to hop in the shower, so I'll write more about it later.
One more thing - my IT Band is still sore. Ugh.
