Fever gone?

My fever hit an alltime high of 101.8 yesterday afternoon. Over the
last 2 days I was feeling so fidgetty that I couldn't get any sound
sleep that felt resting to me. Finally yesterday afternoon around 3,
I slept on my couch till 7 without too many interruptions. I then ate
the second half of the mac and cheese I had the energy to cook up
earlier in the day. Kept sleeping from 7:30 to 9, then moved to bed.
I slept really well, and except for a 10 min poop walk for Karma, I've
been restfully sleeping till about 10 today..
This morning I'm clocking in at 98.6, but feel oh so weak. The
temperature dropping is a good sign, but my incessant coughing,
headache (temple and around the eye socket area) persists. My joints
are not achy, but I also have walked around to test things out.
What sucks the most is that today is a full moon and its a Friday. We
were supposed to run at midnight for a full moon run for about 4 hours
(16 miles of fun with a stop at the half way point). We planned this
for over 2 months and I feel horrible for Kerry that I've had to
cancel on her. She still could have gone with other friends but
apparently planets did not line up for anyone but Dionn, and I don't
blame Kerry for not wanting to run with just Dionn at night in the
greenbelt. The problem is that everything must line up... Weekend,
full moon, races schedules and water in the creek would be nice too...
April and may don't have weekend fullmoons, but June 21 is a Saturday
and is a full moon! If there are no conflicting races that weekend,
maybe that's our new date goal, and maybe our friends will be up for
it then too.
I just hope the fever is gone for good and I can be strong enough to
run a few miles by Sunday. (then again, I had no fever yesterday
morning either)
Did I mention today is a holiday (day off) for me? I love being sick
on the few days we get as holidays.

I've been trying to figure out who gave me my cold (not full on sick like you, but bad enough and symptons are the same) and I read your blog and come to find out it was you!

Why what does Dionn turn into at midnight on a full moon, that Kerry wouldn't have been able to handle on her own? Hmmm.
