Even though the author is on a mountain bike(so much easier), and clearly needs better taste in music (press mute), this video gives you a really good idea of what the course of Rocky Hill Ranch is like. Enjoy!
personally, i think running would be easier than mountain biking that. i'm sure i would run into 50% of the trees there. (remember, i can't even "mountain bike" across a street, over a railroad track. :))
