14 miles and breakfast

So i posted on a philly runners forum, asking if anyone would either
direct me to a good running spot, or, take me on a 14 mile run. I
posted my pace, and reference this blog as proof i wasnt some weirdo.
So this lady answered and said she'd run with me! So we met outside
my hotel at 6:30 this morning. Turns out she's a long time runner,
puts in 90 miles a week, and has a 2:31 marathon PR.
She was awesome. She dislikes the equivalent of townlake, and
instead, took me through woods, trails, parks, scenic landmarks,
single track trails, awesome bridges, countless neighborhoods, etc.
All at about a 7:30/mile pace. Awesome awesome run! Once I'm on my
laptop with time I'll write up all the fun sites I saw!
Now I'm sitting in my room, about to eat my first plate of
complimentary bfast! Yep, my upgraded floor serves complimentary
bfast. Today I opted for berries and a bagel, cream cheese and
smoked salmon. Two big coffee cups of cranberry and orange juice.
And I won't be embarassed to go back for seconds!
