Ran a combination of road (alone) and trails (with Ken) this morning to get to 8.5 miles, which puts me at an even 60 for the week.
It's seems low considering my last few weeks, but it could have easily been an 85 mile week, had i not travelled Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday would have been a 16 miler, and Monday would have been a 7-10.
Oh well, I'll chalk it up as a recovery week and will just go ahead and get ready for an 80 mile week this week capped off with a trail race on Sunday. Here are my plans:
Mon - 10
Tue - 16
Wed - 8 trail
Thu - 14
Fri - 8
Sat - 5
Sun - 19

Dude, you're working hard, it's gonna pay off if simply enjoying your running isn't pay-off enough:)
Yeah, I have a 6 day and a 7 day macro, and I found that it's a little easier to run 7 days!
I'm having fun, and keep telling myself it will payoff.
Well, actually, Ken keeps repeatedly telling us it's going to pay off!
