Don't read the itallics

So Delta replied... essentially just regurgitating everything the lady on the phone told me, and what they summarized at the start.

have in your SkyMilesaccount. Because the Post Office has returned
previous mailings to the address in your account, we are unable to send your PIN
via mail and foryour protection, we are unable to send your PIN via email.

If you have recently moved and can resubmit your request onwww.delta.com/forgotpin to include the previous
address, we will usethat information to validate your account and process
your PIN request.Otherwise, please submit a written change of address to us via
fax or mail.


Once you have your new PIN, log in with your SkyMiles number and PIN to http://www.delta.com/profile/index.jspto update
your profile so that we can send you relevant Delta news andgreat offers.We
regret your disappointment with the service you received when youcalled us for
assistance with your reservation.

Why did I even think something would get fixed? Ugh. I still hate Delta.
