Starving

Pre 9 mile trail run: bowl of Kashi go Lean with slim milk

Post run: 2 yoghurts, 2 waffles with honey, giant glass of water

Mid morning snack: banana

And I'm still starved so, in the picture we have my lunch:
1 Salad with home made dressing
1 turkey, Dijon and Swiss on wheat
1 turkey, Dijon and Muenster on wheat
1 Peanut butter and grape jelly on wheat
1 cameo apple
1 string cheese and two, 1/2 slices of other M & S cheeses.
1 big hand full of cheetos. ( couldn't resist - I deserve them )
1 0.7 liter drinking jar of water with NUUN.

ummm... I ate wasabi yesterday AND on sunday.


actually, on a serious note, unless i go to the store today, i will break my 1 avocado a day streak at about 19 days. and i drink many v8's, and eat quite a bit of brocoli.

Salsa usually has some fleck of green, as well. And sometimes queso, depending on where you get it. (Personally, I love greeness & usually opt for zucchini & spinach as my top 2 faves).

3 sandwiches???? Wow.
