However, there are downsides too. yeah, you lack human interaction, and other obvious things, but I personally think the worst part is that you stop looking at your watch.

At the office, I used to keep on eye on that clock like a hawk, so i could leave for lunch, and leave for the day etc.
Here, I even forget to eat. Today, I didn't even realize it was 2pm, and worked straight through 11-1 which is my usual lunch window.
Then of course, I realized I still haven't gone to the grocery store, so I had to get creative. "Breakfast at lunch" sounds good to me. Deliciously sauteed dutch potatoes, and a cheese omelette. This preceeded by an avocado, and to be followed by a tupperware container of watermelon. (not pictured)
I ran 12 miles today with Ruth, Ken and Bruce. Pace was nice, and not too crazy. Couldn't tell you the overall time, or pace, but I'm pretty sure it was around an 8-8:10 pace. I need a massage. My legs are not happy. They're not dead or injured, they just need some rejuvenation.
As you can see on the right, I'm on pace to demolish my Miles run in 1 month which currently stands at 320.

I covet thy potatoes.
I ran out of gas, just before the end of my run this morning. Thank goodness it was "just before the end" and not any earlier.
Yeah, i got them at Central Market. I think they're called Dutch Creamers. I boiled them, and they were oh so, "creamy"... delicious!
Same price as regular white idaho patats. I'm going to go back for 2 or 3 more pounds!
make sure to pick up a 26+ watermelon while you are there. sooooooooo good!!!
