Since yesterday, my throat has been raspy/sore and my nose has either been completely clogged up or endlessly runny.
I'm not sure if it's a cold I have, or if it's a weird allergy. I did spend 4 hours running around the greenbelt in this world capital of allergies a few days ago, so that might be it?
Erin M, said this morning that her throat has been bothering her too and believes it's some weird allergy, she didn't run the greenbelt. I've taken three allergy pills, which usually clear my right up within 30 minutes, and they're not working.
What ever it is needs to leave my body pronto. I'm not putting up with this shit.
Is anyone else in Austin feeling this?

I am not cloggy or raspy, but I'm sneezy. I think the mold is high right now...sorry you're not feeling well :-(
Man, I have had the exact same thing since I woke up on Saturday morning.
I believe mine is a slight cold -- very strange for this time of year!
From personal experience it could be allergy related. The raspy throat comes from persistant post nasal drip. I had it once last year and was unable to run for a full week since I felt so bad and it took me another to get back in the swing of things.
Had the same thing earlier this year after Boston and lost my voice for a few days.
Just wait for the cough...that is way worse than the raspy voice!!
