the vote ended up at 3 to 2.
2 didn't like my free running route, claiming it was way to "squirrely", and 3 of us gave it thumbs up.
I think it would be rude, if I were to name the two who didn't like it, so instead all just tell you that there were 5 of us on the run. Ken (big fan of free running) liked it, and Bruce liked it, and of course as it was my route, I liked it. (you can't NOT like your own free running route!)
My route took us on the new park's little pathways across from auditorium shores, up and down the spiral hill, over to the long center to check that out, then up to UT via Trinity. We were able to enter UT Stadium from the South side (6:15am), and the stadium lights were on, so we got to nejoy the new construction. WOW! it's incredible! (Nedra, your new seats are great, and mine are good too.)
A total distance of 10.6 miles per the GPS.
Oh yeah, almost forgot, Ruth and Larry joined us for the run to round out the 5. ;)

It was truly free running in it's truest form, except we were all clothed. Good Job. How can you not like standing IN the stadium (did I say we were standing IN the stadium?)with the lights on at 6:15 am? It was close to standing before the gates of heaven!
Wait till we free run on a Sat!
