The entrepreneurial spirit lives inside me!

A buddy I run with lives in Round Rock. He has a group of 7 people staying with him and doesn't want to drive to ACL to not only mess with parking, but more importantly, not have to worry about driving home with some drinks in his system.

He looked into cabs... and said in an email:

I just got off the phone with the cab company. Prices are below… also no guarantee you will get one home.
4 people per cab @ 2.20 per mile = approximately 240 per day. (I will need two cabs) (City states only 4 People Per Cab)
My guests would need approximately $100 per person for transportation and we have no guarantee to get home.
Not sure what I am going to do? I really do not want to drive

So I replied with:

I will drive all 7 of you $275 per day, for all 3 DAYS. you know what, make it $250.
so give me $750 tomorrow morning, and I'll pick you up and drop you off all 3 days! (must pay me 750 tomorrow morning)

That's just $107 per person! (but you're guaranteed a ride home in comfort!)

I live 10-15 minutes from Barton springs, so at the end of the evening, you can call me and I'll drive over towards the rock and pick you up there. By the time you get there, i'll be there ready to pick you up.
I'll even have a cooler with ice cold water bottles waiting for you and your friends in the car.

Friday I can pick you up at 10am or later if you want.
Saturday around 10'ish (need to get to my tailgate early enough - gametime's at 2:30pm)
Sunday can pick you up whenever you need me there.

I then sent the following note to 2 different Suburban owners I know:

NAME, can I rent your Suburban from you for 3 days?
I'll pay you $200 dollars. Let me know!

I already had one of them reply with:
SURE!!!
