That's the - oh crap I just finished my last Bud and they are on sale at the walmart across town - look. He was drunk when he put his pants and belt on and still drunk as he grabbed his old lady's carry on bag to carry the beer home!
Lesson learned from this post - no wonder my friends in Toronto put on full make up and a stylin' outfit to go buy a bag of chips at the corner store - didn't want to end up on a post like this!

Poor guy, his 62" waistline made it awfully hard for him to twist around & appropriately loop his belt after TSA made him take it off.
OMG...that is hilarious. I wonder if he knows that belt makes his butt look big.
