I'm going to jump ahead, and just say that tomorrow, I won't be running.
We have a mandatory rest day. I'll take it.
It's nice to sleep in, since we will have a tough run again this Saturday:
Warmup to a track. Then 1 mile ALL OUT (Aiming for sub 5:15, hopefully sub 5:10). Then 10 miles at MGP, then up into Barton Hills, for a total of 20 to 24 miles. That will be the very last hard run before a 2 week taper (rest/easy weeks) before we go take on the marathon!
