Bummer squared.

My hamstring is still very tender. This cold weather is making it easy
to diagnose.

Am I the only one that's kind of disappointed it didn't snow/rain/
sleet/ice over night? Not that I want hundreds of car accidents on
the roads, but it's always a little fun to me when the city is at a
stand still and everyone hangs out(is stuck) at home.

I'm disappointed, but that's probably no surprise.

I'm super disappointed... I thought for sure I'd get a day off work :(

And I think I'm still in taper madness, I'm having the same hamstring issues you're having... I think they might need to amputate my right leg...

It was 28 degrees at my house in Jonestown last night!! Woo hoo!!

Right hammie is bugging me too...but it has been for awhile. It is a little worse this week...hmmmmm. Interesting.

No worries. We will all be fine by January.

Mike...is that your cat??????

Yes, that is Pippin, my cat. Coolest cat ever.

I hate this cold weather as does my cat Meesha. She is an indoor outdoor kittie and did not go out yesterday and today she has gone out twice for 2 min each. She is 15 yrs old and should be relaxing like Mike's cat but not - after napping all day with me she is tearing around the house playing with whatever she comes across on the floor.
I'm deciding what to wear for our run tonight.
