I'm going for it.

I'm a light weight, that's no secret.
My friend Amy is doing it, and apparently so is Roger. Since I need to get some more strength if I'm going to get faster, i'm going for it.

Starting Monday, I will start my journey to 100 consecutive push ups in 6 weeks!

That's right!
Watch out people, this speedster is adding muscle!

Been doing 100 a day since I started training for Hardrock last year.

Try that "21" workout everyone makes fun of me for. CrossFit kicked it out of their catalog because it's actually hard.

Wow, big talk from someone who has to enter a six week program to hit 100 push-ups, something I'll do at lunch today without tinking about it!

Cool site - I'm going to do my initial test tomorrow and then start on Monday. Since no one reads my blog, I'm stopping that waste of time and instead will work towards 100 push ups!

restarted the blog after as few kicks in the butt and will be doing the push ups tomorrow.
