18...not sure that will be enough - I'd shoot for 35 or so...that ought to do it!
I recommend getting into the gym and doing some serious weights, just to make sure you are maxxed out and ready for the race. Some dead lifts, squats, lots of leg work with max weight. Feel the burn! :)
