you're a triathlete, you need to be able to swim and stuff, so I don't know. as for rest, i'm taking a 2 day taper as I have Bandera 50km trail race this Saturday. We'll call it rest, but it's really a mini-taper! Shhh...
Does this mean you've already bagged the 100 pushups? I had to restart at week one because I forgot to do week 2 last week. Whoops!
