Next week, we bump to 70-75, then we say hello again to the 80's
followed by a quick visit to the 90's!
We then assess how we feel and decide if we dip to 80, or touch the
golden century mark.

Oh yeah, and nothing less than 20 on Saturdays from here on out.
Instead, we steadily grow that to 22, and 24 like we did last fall.
Sprinkle in some hard hard Saturday workouts within the miles, the
Austin Marathon, and...
YEAH BABY!

Mike, Thanks for these testosterony posts! I am working toward 70 myself!! I have only gone to 60 once and only managed a 45 to 55 regular mileage (with the occasional dreary 25 - 30 week thrown in there) But I feel better now...and the other day when I was talking about building to 60 you said, "oh, 60 is easy...piece of cake" and I thought about that and told myself to just add on until it was enough. You said 60 was easy and (drum roll) I might actually agree with you one day! Keep posting tough guy stuff!
