Forrest Gump liked to run

I sit at 435 miles with two more weeks to go in February.  Seeing that I'll easily get in 70 miles by end of the month, I'm currently on pace to run way over 3,000 miles for the year.

Seeing that I felt like I ran really far last year, and ran 2,893 miles, I'm not sure if I should be scared of excited.

3000 miles divided by 350 miles per pair of shoes = 8 pairs which = a need for 1 more pair as i have 7 left which = "anyone have $100 to spare?"

Just get a new pair every 400 miles.

Or every 1000 miles, like I do.

Finally, something that is cheaper in cycling than running...the shoes! Not in a per pair basis, but in a per year.
