Tempo run hurt today.

3 warmup miles
4 tempo pace miles
4.5 cooldown miles

tempo pace goal: 6:30min/mile
result: 
  1. 6:26
  2. 6:36
  3. 6:25
  4. 6:23
It hurt, but I wasn't going to give in.

And 3 hours later, my legs ache... 
Looking forward to 3 days of easy running.  I'm not going to get caught up running fast.  Nope, not gonna do it.  Then a little Taper week before all hell breaks loose on Sunday.
