Turned the water on, and went and lied down on my bed waiting for the tub to fill. Not sure if I fell asleep asleep, but this was a close call! Almost overflowed the icebath. Phew!
well, usually I fill the tub, get in, then dump on ice. But I've noticed that if you leave the ice in the bag, it doesn't really melt, and you don't have a puddle on the bathroom floor. (yes, i know, put them in the sink)
I don't know if I could sit there watching the water fill up! Then again, today, I got engulfed in my Running Times magazine, and ended up sitting in there 30 mintues.

I just got out. Brrr...
I have to get into the empty tub, add water, then add ice. I don't have the fortitude to get in when it's already frozen.

I feel like great now!
The first 30 sec is hell and then with a hot cup of tea and a magazine the minutes fly by! Just got out myself.
Yep - leave the ice in the bag - it doesn't melt as fast AND your ice bath will stay colder, longer.
