He predicted a 3:09 austin marathon, which is 1 minute off what I ran. I know I had much faster in me that day, but his crystal ball knew what was up. I initially planned to run Boston between 2:59 and 3:03 and was going to be happy with a result in that range as it was more of a celebration of an accomplishment for me than an 'A' race; but, my mental strength is starting to return, and now he's starting to inch down to the promiseland too, so things are on the up and up!

Then again, with the 16 miles I ran on the greenbelt at slow paces, this weeks' time will shoot back up, regardless how fast i ran Tuesday morning, Thursday morning, and tomorrow morning.
