So next time you want to yell at traffic because it's not going fast enough, or something doesn't go your way, or you have a bad day, or you have a bad workout, go ahead and use one or even both of these. Say them outloud to yourself, (adding a little smirk, tilt your head a tad, and lift both your hands up while shrugging your shoulders) and you'll see that even YOU can take life a little less seriously.
