That was uplifting. Just got done an hour ago or so running for 2
hours with Russ. Tough to describe what's going on through a quick
post on my phone, but it was truly great to see him. His outlook was
superpositive, his running form was great considering, and he wasn't
speaking any jibberish!
It was great, and he sends his hellos.
I shot a few short videos, I'll post later.
