Walking slows you down

Until then, enjoy these splits:
1:31 first half
2:08 second half

5:47 pace is the Galloway method of running... 5 min run 1 min walk
whic eventually became 1 min walk 1 min run
Last 7km were almost entirely walked. Nice to know I can walk a 5km
under 40 minutes!

If you walk last 7km, you get passed 1,200 times!

I had fun. This looks worse than it is... Kind of.

But I did get Bronze medal for USA runners!
