Pre race nutrition

It's very important to eat 2 carrot cake and 1 key lime pie cupcakes
the week of a race.
Not only does it make you stronger physically, but it helps mentally
and emotionally.

don't worry... they weren't that yummy. I'm never going back to Walton's regardless if they won many Austin Cupcake Smackdown awards. The carrot cake was worse than Hey! Cupcake, which is not even close to as good as Polkadots.
The Key lime pie was VERY rich. Almost too rich.

But yes, I did this just for you.
