My dear friend Dionn, joined Karma and I for about 7 miles in the greenbelt yesterday afternoon. We had a grand ole' time.
My long run this Saturday has me thinking "take it easy on the pace", and the chilly morning made that simple to accomplish since it's hard to get much more than an exagerated shuffle in near freezing temperatures. Bruce and I solved some more of the world problems and enjoyed a nice view of Downtown Austin waking up as we ran back to the store.

Well...I guess I can give you a back update since i made it public. My friend Cindy is in the healing trade, and worked on it on Tuesday. After quite a bit of work, she/we got something to "pop" up there, and it seems to have relieved a major part of the issue. It' slowly getting better, but it doesn't affect my running so i'm not scheduling my retirement from running party just yet. Best part about the back pain, is it makes the knee issue feel like child's play.
