Mack and Will

When Mack hired Will, we knew he was a stud defensive coordinator with a Head Coaching future. 

So last year, Mack made 3 million, and they bumped Will's salary up from 425,000 to 1 million a year to keep him at UT and promised him the head coaching job, once old man withers decides to retire. (Not that mack needs to retire any time soon.)

With Mack getting a raise from 3 million to 5 million a year, I'm pretty sure they're now going to have to give Will a raise to at least $2 million to keep him around, because anybody who knows anything about Texas Football knows that we wouldn't be where we are today if Will hadn't brought his magic to our Defense. 

So my prediction is that Will will get a raise before the end of the year, or at least, put me in the camp that thinks he should have gotten half of Mack's raise.
