Met Ken to run the greenbelt for almost an hour on Monday to get some blood circulation in the legs and flush out the soreness. Started out really slow but gradualy built up to an easy pace. Probably around 4.5 miles. We both felt much better and walked better after the run than before it! (Ken ran and finished the full 100km)
Took Tuesday off as the bottom of my left foot was really sore, almost bruised-like.
Tested the foot out again today on an easy 8 miles with Nedra and Dan. The foot is still feeling pretty bruised and quite sore. Not sure if it's plantars or an actual bruise from all the rocks. The turnover also revealed a lack of energy/power in the legs, which I guess is normal even though I only made it to mile 36.
Thursday's a maybe, Friday's a possible run with Karma on the trails, Saturday's a definite 20, but not at the pace the big boys run. Gonna be smart and give myself ample time to get leg strength back to almost 100% before I start venturing out on full Boston onslaught.
Bring on the rain! Fill the creeks!

Why are you not posting your yearly mileage?
