Milkshake #1

As of today, January 1, my favorite milkshake is Vanilla with Bananas.


I wonder what my favorite flavor will be on December 31,2010!




I'm still a little unsure of how much icecream, how much milk, and how much banana will make 1 pint glass worth of milkshake. That will be a work in progress, but I think it's a good sign when you can see down the Vortex of the blended goodness.




Here's the 1st milkshake to count as part of the Odyssey. If the straw looks big, it's because it's huge! I took two straws home from the Alamodrafthouse last week because I was very impressed by the huge size of the cylinder. It's the equivalent of about 3 regular straws which will be good since I like chunky pieces of banana!
I wonder how long I can "baby" my two straws before they aren't usable any longer!
