By looking at the numbers in graphs, it's much easier to start figuring out what has saved me.
Above are my weekend long run distances for 2010.
13 weeks, 8 runs over 20 miles, 7 of which were 24 or more. (My 2009 numbers are more of the same with 35 runs over 20 miles)
NEVER underestimate the power of the weekend long run.
Guess how far I'm going this weekend?
