4 miles Tuesday, 5 Miles Wednesday.
Hamstring is the issue. Not a big one, but it qualifies as the reason.
Tomorrow I run at least 4 hours, but maybe 6 on the greenbelt, then 3 to 4 hours on Sunday.
Why?
Well, the grand canyon awaits next weekend, and that will be a 9-13 hour adventure, so I need to make sure I can at least fit enough to run half of 45-48 miles!!
