To top off the deal, one regular sized shake is $2.37 (tax incl), which is about half the price of just about any shake i'd buy elsewhere.
I got a Vanilla and a Banana which are shakes 43 and 44.
They also have interesting flavors such as Caramel, and Hot Fudge to go with the normal flavors you can get anywhere.
Vanilla - it was really good. I was seriously doubting what i was going to get out of this, but it truly tastes like real ice cream, and it's a smooth good tasting shake.
Banana - i figured the banana flavored one would be a bunch of fake powder flavoring in a vanilla one, but this was clearly a vanilla shake with REAL and fresh banana blended in. Nice chunks of banana in it!
The only drawback is the width of the straw could be improved, but as i have plenty of thick ones at home, i didn't pop any blood vessels in eyes trying to suck a piece of banana through a straw the width of a chopstick.
I'll be taking advantage of this offer!
In running news, i ran 9 miles this morning. 1 mile with Karma ( too humid to go any farther for him) and another 8 with friends. Barton Springs was as magical as always!
