Ran a big 20 miles this week. Not as good as 47 last week, but better than the 6 miles i ran the week before!
Both 10 mile runs were horrible in rems of how my legs and breathing felt.
I think I'll have something worthwhile to talk about later this week.
Until then, just know that i drank shakes 43 and 44 on Friday while watching England mess up their first game of the world cup by a silly goalkeeper mistake.
I also watched the US team play quite an impressive game against one of the favorites. I wonder if it's coincidence that those two teams played in the same match.
